I have a masters degree in professional mental health counseling from Liberty University and am a licensed mental health clinical associate.  My experience is with children, adults, and families through home and community based services. I can do virtual, teletherapy, or in-person sessions. Virtual sessions are a great option for those with restricted and busy schedules, if you live a great distance from our office, or if you are a caregiver of younger children or older adults.

My specialties are in the areas of child and adult care, parenting/caregiver challenges, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, disruptive school behaviors, sibling rivalry, clinical issues such as ADHD, demand avoidance, PMDD, anxiety, anger and stress management. I also with those who are struggling to identify feelings that are hard describe or understand at the moment. 

I have helped many navigate through difficult and challenging life events, utilizing an eclectic approach of: TFCBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness therapy, person centered approaches, as well as art, play, and music therapy. I maintain a certification in solution based casework, designed to encourage change, cooperation and understanding with a family focus.
